  1. How much do design packages cost?

    We will first asses the complexity of the project and determine what maps are best. Rates “begin” at $400 for a site plan and $150 per vision rendering.

    Should we assume construction of intended project, we will credit 50% of design fee towards your construction costs.

  2. What is your minimum project size?

    Our minimum project is $2,000 or about a day of work for a crew of 2.

  3. Is your work warrantied?

    Plants on automatic irrigation are given a 1-year warranty, excluding frost damage. All hardscape are given a 3-year warranty to protect against settling or construction errors.

  4. Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes our LCB# is 100547

  5. How big is your installation team?

    We have 2-3 highly skilled foreman to build with on our projects.

  6. How long is the average wait time to begin a new project?

    We can get to most new projects within 2-6 weeks after receiving the deposit.
